Mindfulness Sessions

For Mindfulness sessions, Cassie French aims to help guide the brain into a grounded space through talking and processing.  Her goal is to create a safe space for you to connect, organize thoughts, and actively work the creative parts of your brain. In addition, the brain can later be tested by Cassie using neurofeedback to see how well it is responding to these techniques for better emotional regulation!

She is offering both in person and remote sessions – clients have the option of having their session in the office, remotely over Zoom, or walking and talking outside of the facility when the weather permits. 

**Clients are required to wear proper walking shoes for mindfulness walks**
