Kindness Blossoms
Kindness Blossoms is an ongoing volunteer-run gift to our community whereby local florists, food chains and/or private parties will donate flowers that they will no longer be needing to A Journey to You. Our volunteers will then rearrange them into numerous smaller arrangements and repurpose them to be delivered to our local long term care facilities for those who need some extra loving and cheer! They will be accompanied by a loving and adorable therapy dog, who will offer kisses upon request.
If you would like to help out with this rewarding effort to serve our community we would love to have you join us on this unique volunteer opportunity!
Anxiety Support Groups
This group is for college students and young adults. It’s an opportunity to get support from others who also have anxiety. Psycho-education from therapists on how to better manage symptoms.
Topics of discussion include: Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Symptom Management, and Unique Therapeutic Techniques

Empowerment Group for Women
Join our Empowerment Group for Women — a safe, supportive space where connection, learning, and personal growth come together. Through uplifting conversations and shared experiences, we focus on building confidence, nurturing well-being, and fostering a positive self-image. This group is about discovering your inner strength, setting healthy boundaries, and stepping fully into your power. Come as you are, and grow into who you’re meant to be — empowered, resilient, and radiant.

Kids Camp
Welcome to Kids Camp — a therapeutic, interactive, and fun-filled experience designed to support children’s emotional and creative growth! Through engaging activities like art therapy, music therapy, movement, and creative writing, kids are encouraged to express themselves, build confidence, and connect with others in a safe, nurturing environment. This camp blends play with purpose, offering a space where healing and joy go hand in hand.
Wednesdays 5-6PM | A Journey to You
Tough As A Mother
Tough as a Mother is a supportive space created just for moms — because being strong doesn’t mean doing it alone. This group offers a safe, non-judgmental environment for mothers navigating postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, or simply the everyday challenges of motherhood. Whether you’re a new mom or deep in the journey, you’ll find connection, understanding, and the reminder that you’re not alone — and you’re tougher than you think.

Pre-Teen Group
Our Pre-Teen Group is a creative and therapeutic space where kids can express themselves, connect with others, and build emotional resilience in fun and meaningful ways. Through art therapy, music therapy, pet-assisted therapy, and creative writing, pre-teens are encouraged to explore their feelings, boost self-esteem, and discover healthy ways to cope and grow. It’s a place to be heard, be seen, and just be themselves.
Wednesdays 4-5PM | A Journey to You
A Trauma Intensive Workshop
Join Bethanne Fetzer, founder and director of A Journey to You, for a Trauma Intensive Workshop designed for those ready to dive deep into healing. This closed-group experience offers a safe, structured space to identify and begin to heal the wounds of the past that continue to shape relationships and daily life. Rooted in EMDR-informed practices, the workshop offers powerful tools and insights for both group participants and those working independently. Please note: all participants must have their own individual therapists to support this transformative work.
